Bad decisions
I wish somebody would have punched some sense into me while I was deciding which frames to get for my glasses. WHAT THE HECK. Clearly, I was out of my mind during the most crucial part of the appointment.

I mean, why pick lame frames when you can get these ones? It was a decision between these frames and another one like it (only plum colored and pink in the inside, without the COOL ROSEY THINGS at the side) ;____; It wasn't till my sister came back from buying food (about the same time the eye-lady finished ordering my frames) did she convince me that these ones looked better and so now I'm mourning over it.

GARRRR >: (

I'M SHES I'M TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE.

...oh, but I'm getting glasses. I never realized how bad my eyes had gotten until I saw the difference. It isn't much, but it really helps when taking notes for school. The whole process was acctually a lot of fun.

ARRGGH Where was my brain when I was picking these things? What's wrong with me? What was I thinking? :000

RANTING.
You know, sometimes I really think that parents (at least mine) really underestimate the amount of work and stress we go through as students.

I mean, seriously. I have two tests tomorrow, the day after I have a presentation and another test, and the day after next I have another two tests. This Thursday is also the last day to turn in my art project and my sister's birthday. Friday I have to turn in the key club tees which I still need to finalize. Clearly, this is a lot of work.

It's been this hectic for the past couple of weeks, and I'm just bearly managing, including doing the essentials like showering and laundry, and I'm seriously cleaning as much as possible when I have time.

But now see, whenever my dad comes home from work he always complains about the mess in our home. Always. Even after I clean, it's supposedly a mess. And I know there's a few things when I clean that I leave alone, but we're still working on those particular things that they can't be put away.

Like yesterday for example, my sister and I decided on cleaning the area a bit, took away the trash, cleared the floors and etc, but we left the table untouched since we were staining some papers for a project previously and it still needed to dry.
My dad comes home only minutes after we've finished cleaning, and he busts on ranting and raving for almost five minutes how we never clean and it's always him cleaning and we never do anything.

Or for example the other time my sister and I went on heavy-duty cleaning one weekend, just to shut the complaints. We went vaccuming, pledging, windexed out and etc. but we kept our school books and papers in a small undisturbed corner, since we would need them later to do our homework and take them to school anyway. The entire room is clean, sparkling even, save for that one spot and he comes home, takes a glance around and without missing a beat (and even without a thank you for cleaning) he sees the corner and in a frustrated tone complains on what a mess we are.

He doesn't seem to recognize the amount of work we really do put in, and how hard we are balancing school and home lives. He never seems to understand whenever I try to explain these things either, so I really give up, but his ranting just keeps happening so frequently lately it's really starting to boil my blood and crack my calm a bit. SERIOUSLY.

Chapter 231-2 / FMA 60
I finally got around to reading the last two chapters of bleach and FMA's 60th, and I'm like.. no words can express my joy. :D

(Bleach 231/2)

[break=FMA Chapter 60]Okay okay okay, FMA Chapter 60. My heart just died a little, and my eyes were watering. The entire war concept baffles me and, Arakawa does a really good job capturing the war atmosphere and emotion. It reminded me of All Quiet in the Western Front, which I just finished reading last week. Also it really just touched me because it reminded me of everything I learned in humanities. "memento mori!" "memento mori!" XD XD XD There's so much more in this chapter that I can't describe, it's urgh.. alkdhfalkd.[/break]

Time to vaccum and laundry~~ T___T

What happened to all the clouds?

No, I'm serious.

Headin' for Las Vegas (yet again) in deux days! (TEMPERATURE: 105F) It'll only be a short bit, but hopefully I'll be back soon with something other than a darker tan and blurry photos. See you soon!
